PROGRAMS

introduction to crossfit

This course consists of 3 classes for beginners who have never done CrossFit before. In each 1 hour class you will be exposed to the basics of CrossFit which you will then practise in a mini workout at the end of each session.  Each class builds on the previous, therefore attendance at all 3 is required to graduate.  This course is coached by our head coach, Level 3 trainer, Jillian O’Neill, in a small group setting where you will receive individual cues to help learn the fundamentals.  Graduating this course means you are welcome to join our general membership and will be capable of doing any of our classes.

crossfit classes

Join us for a one hour fully coached CrossFit class.  Each class is programmed to include the 3 core elements of CrossFit – weight lifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning to ensure you receive a full body workout each time.  Each day is different and you will be led through the workout by our qualified CrossFit Trainers to make sure this class is the best hour of your day.
